Delivery
The hardcover, country by country
We deliver the hardcover to 214 countries and territories. The first table shows ten of them, in Europe and North America; all countries are listed further down by region. It's printed for you as soon as you approve the finished book, then sent to the address of your choice. Delivery costs depend on the country.
The eBook costs £4.50 and needs no delivery. The hardcover's delivery time includes printing and shipping; it starts when you begin printing at the end of the book.
