- How much does the gift box cost?
- Nothing. There's no subscription and there are no hidden costs. The box is a little present from Sagalino to you.
- Does the person receiving it need an app?
- No. The link opens in a browser, on a phone just as on a computer. Grandma can unwrap the box on her tablet.
- Who can see my box?
- Only people who have the link. The links are long and random, and search engines never get to see them.
- How long does the box stay available?
- 30 days from sending, or from the day it can be opened. After that we delete the text, photos and voice message.
- Can I still change or delete the box?
- Yes. With your private management link you can change the names and message until the box is opened, and delete it whenever you like.
- Can I put a voucher inside?
- Yes, your own: as a code, a redemption link or a file, such as a concert ticket. It only appears once the box is open, and you can scratch it clear.
